Rights and obligations of partners integrating ValyutaMobile products

This API User Agreement ValyutaMobile It is designed for API integration partners. By using the API, you fully accept these terms.

1 API License and Usage Rights

ValyutaMobile grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to integrate the API.

You can only use the API for your own application and service.
It is prohibited to sell, rent, or license the API to third parties.
API documentation and sample codes are for informational purposes only.
The ownership of the API belongs to ValyutaMobile.

2 API Keys and Security

Each API key must be unique and confidential. Security is your responsibility.

Do not share your API keys with anyone and keep them secret.
Do not publish API keys in a code repository (GitHub, GitLab).
Update API keys regularly
If the key has been leaked, please inform us immediately.
Compromised keys will be deactivated immediately

Warning: Issues with the security of your API keys are your responsibility. Any activity performed with a compromised key will be logged against your account.

3 Question Format and Response

When sending a request to the API, you must follow the following rules:

All requests must be sent over HTTPS
The API key must be sent in the `Authorization: Bearer YOUR_API_KEY` header
The request body must be in JSON format.
Responses are returned in JSON format
Follow error codes and ensure appropriate handling

4 Payment and Billing

API usage is billed according to the selected party.

Monthly payment is calculated on the 1st of the month.
Payment term is 5 days.
Accounts that remain unpaid will have API usage disabled.
Payments are only accepted by credit card, bank transfer or other agreed methods.
